I am Jo-Shu Chang from the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, Tunghai University. It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the 7th President of BEST. Since the establishment of BEST, we have been actively promoting academic exchanges and scientific research in the field of biotechnology and biochemical engineering. Moreover, it is pivotal to further boost the research innovation and translation by coordinating academia-industry collaboration. Lastly, I am calling on for your active participation and kind contribution in order to maximize the value of BEST and achieve the set goals.
